Industrial washer extractors at 300–400G extraction force. Precisely dosed chemistry. Temperature held constant throughout the cycle. The correct programme selected per fabric type — not one setting for everything.
Not suitable for silk, wool, embroidered or embellished garments — these require hand washing or dry cleaning.
Cool water at 20–30°C. pH-neutral, enzyme-free detergent. Gentle squeezing — never wringing or twisting. Multiple clear-water rinses. Water removed by pressing between clean towels, never spun. Dried flat in the garment's original shape.
Hand washing takes significantly longer than machine washing and is chosen only after fabric assessment confirms it is the correct method.
What we wash
The workhorse of every wardrobe. Cotton formals cleaned at 40°C with enzyme detergent, multiple rinse cycles, and steam pressed to a sharp finish that holds through the day.

Protein fibres that water damages irreversibly. Wet-cleaned only where the care label permits at 30°C maximum, using pH-neutral enzyme-free detergent. Dried flat, never tumbled.
