Call 9836233354, WhatsApp, or use the app. Tell us your area, address and a convenient time. We confirm the slot — usually same day or next morning.
A team member arrives at your address, collects the garments, bags and tags each item, and provides a receipt. You do not need to travel to Kasba.
All garments are processed at our Kasba facility — sorted, pre-treated, cleaned at the correct method for each fabric, and steam pressed individually. Standard turnaround is 48 hours.
Clean, pressed garments are delivered back to your address — hung on hangers or folded and wrapped as appropriate. Track your order on the app.
